One Step Closer to Construction of Banovo Brdo Heating Plant Complex – Government Adopts Decision on Expropriation of Real Estate

The Government of Serbia has adopted the decision which determines the public interest for the expropriation, that is, the administrative transfer of real estate, to the end of the construction of the “Banovo Brdo” heating plant complex.

According to the Official Gazette, the plan is to build facilities and pipes of the central heating system in the first stage of the second phase, which comprises the distribution heating pipeline network from Pastroviceva and Kirovljeva streets to the “Banovo Brdo” heating plant, with the “Banovo Brdo” heating plant complex.

It is added that the City of Belgrade is designated as the beneficiary of the expropriation.
