Stocks of Croatian Telekom (T-HT) on Zagreb Stock Exchange on October 5

Registration of bids for T-HT stocks commences on September 17, while the trading in these securities on Zagreb Stock Exchange starts on October 5.

Final publication about sale and offer of regular stocks of T-HT, with all data that are published on the occasion of appearance of stocks on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, will be delivered to Croatian Agency for Supervision of Financial Services (HANFA) today (August 29, 2007).

That was agreed at the meeting in HANFA. Representation of T-HT to potential investors should start in September, as well as collecting of bids for registration of stocks, as well as determination of their price.
