Energoprojekt building Ritz Carlton Hotel in Kazakhstan – Agreement on construction worth around USD 26 million signed

The construction company Energoprojekt will take part in designing, building and equipping luxury apartments and a spa center within the prestigious Ritz Carlton chain in Kazakhstan. The company has signed a USD 26 million contract on the works on the Talan Towers complex at one of the most beautiful locations in Astana.

Vladimir Milovanovic, director general of Energoprojekt, notes that the contract was signed only a few months after the successful implementation and the opening ceremony of the modern edifice of Forte Bank in the same city.

– This projects gives us another chance to expand our portfolio. In the past 15 years and more that we've been operating in Kazakhstan, we have successfully implemented a great number of various projects in this large country rich in natural sources. The projects that stand out include the Winery in Saryagash, the first five-star Caspian Riviere Grand Palace Hotel in the city of Aktau, the Sofie Med Group private hospital, malls in Atyrau and Uralsk, two subway stations in Almaty – Milovanovic says.

Energoprojekt workers have also worked on Almaty-Akmola highway section, the oilfield services base in Pavlodar, a crushing and sorting complex, four compressor stations along the pipeline from Kazakhstan towards China and many other residential and commercial facilities.
