New and old bus depots up for sale in Novi Sad

Novi Sad-based auto-transport company Vojvodina has announced the sale of their facilities divided into two parts. New and old bus depots in Novi Sad are up for sale.

The initial price for the new depot is EUR 1.68 million. New depot takes up an area of 2,821 m2 and the offer also includes the surrounding buildings with a total area of 71 m2. The initial price for the old depot is somewhat lower, at EUR 896,000. The surface area of the old depot is 2,118 m2 and the sale also includes the old head office building on the area of 504m2.

The public auction is scheduled for October 5, 2018 at 13 h.
