Sold: building of Yugoslav River Navigation in Budva, €3.3m, construction of suites in the pipeline

Beautiful stone building of Yugoslav River Navigation in the center of Budva changed the owner. The businessman from Belgrade Dr Nenad Đorđević, who is also the owner of part of island Sveti Nikola and hotel "Admiral" in Budva, sold this facility to the colleague of his from Podgorica, the owner of "Vektra" Dragan Brković.

Brković paid €3.3m for the building with 6,000 square meters of land. He plans to have luxurious suites 8,000 square meters big built on that location.
