The company was founded in Switzerland in September 2018 and has been present on the Balkan market, primarily in Serbia, since the very beginning. Standards set in small steps, new values added for transporters and logisticians experienced a boom at the end of 2019, mostly in our market, which coincides with the emergence of the coronavirus.
From the beginning until today, the main goal of the Invoitix service is to create additional value for transporters and logisticians, facilitate transport, unify the management of transport services in one place and control costs and income through work on our processes and software, with standards and continuous education. Our clients have unified services such as invoicing, financing, fuel and cost management and preliminary verification of their clients in one place.
We often face challenges, such as European freight forwarders offering discounted payments that are sometimes more affordable than our services. The advantage of the factoring way of doing business through Invoitix is that there are discounts for more than 20,000 European companies, i.e. in regular business, without an intermediary such as our company, carriers can get a discount for less than 30% of transport orders, while we we are proud to say that we finance more than 97% of all incoming transport orders daily.
Digitization is the image of our company. From the moment the client calls and shows interest in cooperation, everything is transferred to the digital platform and processed there. The contract signing process, familiarization with the application and processes, delivery of transport documentation, creation of invoices, financial reports, verification of transactions, verification of forwarding - all in one place.
