Belgrade Looking for Consultant for Construction of Traffic Route with Infrastructure in Makisko Polje

The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has published the tender for consulting services in line with the FIDIC rules of contracting for the construction of a traffic route with infrastructure in Makisko Polje.

Among other things, the consultant will be obliged to prepare special terms of the contract in line with the client’s demands, FIDIC 1999 (Yellow Book), guidelines and national norms, point to the measures which enable a successful and profitable contracting and realization of the project, identify potential risks during the contracting process and propose measures to the end of preventing and mitigating negative consequences, as well as actively participate in the negotiation process and protect the client’s interests.

The value of the tender has been estimated at RSD 6 million, and bids may be sent by July 17.
