CPI Services d.o.o. Selling Building Land in Subotica and Kraljevo

CPI Services has advertised the sale of building land in Subotica and Kraljevo.

In Subotica, the offer consists of undeveloped building land of 30,000 m2 on the cadaster parcel 17698/10 K.O. Novi grad, whereas, in Kraljevo, undeveloped building land of 39,471 m2, on the cadaster parcel 246/468 K.O. Kovaci, is up for sale.

All potential bidders interested in one or all the advertised properties may send a request for obtaining the documentation at serbia@cpipg.com. Requests may be sent by September 26, 2023, following which the interested parties will be sent the documentation about the real estate for which the request was sent, as well as the necessary instruction for submitting a bid (Bid Form).

– CPI Services d.o.o. retains the discretionary right of decision-making and has no obligation toward the bidders to explain its decision, that is, it retains the right to accept any of the sent bids and sign the sales and purchase agreement with the person who offered the highest price, but also to not accept one or any bid and not sign the sales and purchase agreement with any bidder – the company says.

Bids may be submitted at serbia@cpipg.com or at 10L Mihajla Pupina Blvd, 11070 New Belgrade, with the note: “Land Purchase Bid” (“Ponuda za kupovinu zemljista”) by October 6, 2023.

If necessary, meetings will be organized where the bidders will be able to explain their bid. The decision on the sales and purchase of each of the properties will be made within 15 work days of the final deadline for the submission of bids.
