Project documentation for the reconstruction of Spens complete - Solution to fund the entire work sought

The City of Novi Sad and the Spens administration are discussing ways to finance one of the major investments - the reconstruction of this city symbol.

The project-technical documentation was prepared and submitted to the company. It was prepared by the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Bexel Consulting, construction bureau Axis and Balkans Security Services.

It presents the basis for finance planning, which will undoubtedly have to be financed through loans. Proof of this is the conversation that the mayor of Novi Sad, Milan Djuric, had with representatives of the European Investment Bank in August, during which he explained that "Spens will be one of the biggest investments" in the future.

The reconstruction project itself was long-awaited, demanding and expensive - the companies were paid RSD 150 million for it, and they were asked to take into account, among other things, the complete energy rehabilitation of Spens, expansion and modernization, together with new content.

As 021.rs wrote, the catering area will be re-arranged, commercial areas will be expanded and new content will be constructed, such as a new swimming pool and outdoor ice rink, a new training hall, a superstructure for the future viewpoint in the area of the cooling tower and much more.
