Entrepreneurs Can Change Data on Business Operations and Delete Company from SBRA Online from Now On

On the portal of the electronic services of the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA), a special app for filing all the reports of changing an entrepreneur’s data, as well as for deleting entrepreneurs, has started working.

Electronic filing of reports of the changing of the data and the deletion of an entrepreneur is not mandatory, so all entrepreneurs who want to file the reports in written form can continue doing so as before, personally, or by mail.

For the eRegistration of the change of data and the deletion, the entrepreneur needs to have:

• a qualified electronic certificate (electronic signature) issued by the certification body in the Republic of Serbia,
• an installed reader of electronic cards and an installed NEXU app for electronic signing (if the NEXU app is already installed, a new version should be downloaded, which was designed by the Agency, and which can be used for the creation of all future electronic documents, invoices and so on, and it can be downloaded from the SBRA website for free),
• Visa, MasterCard or DinaCard payment cards for the payment of the fee.

If a document is filed along with the electronic registration, such as an approval, certification (for example, proof of settled tax obligations), a permit from the competent organ which was originally generated in paper form, that document has to be digitized, that is, turned into the form of an electronic document. The digitization of the document, that is, its conversion into the form of an electronic document, can be done by a lawyer, with the condition that the lawyer is, at the same time, the one who files the registration itself, or a notary, who guarantees with their electronic signature that they have had the original document, that they have scanned it and signed it with an electronic signature, that is, a qualified electronic stamp.

The documents issued by the entrepreneur, such as an authorization for the procurator, can originally be generated in an electronic form in the way that the entrepreneur signs the document with their qualified electronic signature.
