Serbia Gets BizChat, AI-Based Digital Assistant – We Asked It About Opportunities for Investments, Company Founding, Business Climate…

The Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (CCIS) has launched a new digital service called BizChat, which is based on artificial intelligence. This service provides businessmen and companies with important information for their business needs in real-time, 24 hours 7 days a week. As the CCIS announces, the information includes chamber services, market analysis, business conditions, investments, labor market potential, and education system.

– If you want to start a company and get certain benefits, a tax refund, an Open Balkan ID number, work permits, or a visa for foreign workers, the digital assistant will provide you with step-by-step instructions – said Marko Cadez, the president of the CCIS.

The service, as announced, is powered by Microsoft technology and can be found on the front page of the English version of the CCIS website.

What BizChat advises about investments, starting a company, business climate…

When asked which sectors to invest in in Serbia, BizChat advises automotive industry, agriculture, outsourcing, food processing and tourism.

Regarding the question how to start a company in Serbia, BizChat offers five steps, which include: choosing the legal form, the founding act, registration, the responsibility of company members and the company name.

BizChat assesses the business climate quite positively, citing several aspects, among which are the visa-free regime, security and tourism attractions, macroeconomic stability and the favorable investment climate.
