Industrial zone in Block 91 in Kac planned on slightly under 3 ha

The Detailed Regulation Plan of the industrial zone in Block 91 in Kar near Novi Sad, near the Orthodox Monastery of the Resurrection of Christ, which encompasses an area of 4.40 ha, is available for public inspections. The industrial zone is planned to take up 2.53 ha.

The activities planned here primarily entail the fields of secondary and tertiary activities. The construction of facilities with two floors (including the ground floor), with an occupancy index of up to 40%, is planned. These can be smaller facilities and warehouses of clean industry, construction, administrative, service and production crafts, as well as warehouses for commerce and services. The construction of factories of lime or concrete, warehouses of bulk cargo, secondary raw materials and other content which has a negative environmental impact, is not allowed.

The public inspection lasts until May 11.
