Germany's Muehlbauer starts construction of technology park in Stara Pazova on October 21st


Germany's Muehlbauer Technologies will start the construction of a technology park in Stara Pazova on Friday, October 21st, the Cabinet of the town mayor announced today.
This technology park, one of the kind in Europe excluding Germany, will host the production of high-technology elements to support ID documents, for the needs of which over 100 experts will be employed.
Muehlbauer Technologies concluded on September 9th an agreement with the municipality of Stara Pazova on the allotment of land for a EUR 4 million technology park.
That company received EUR 500,000 worth of government's incentives through the Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) for creating 100 new jobs in Stara Pazova.
Muehlbauer Technologies is a subsidiary of Muehlbauer Holding, which is the global leader in high-tech solutions for ID documents and employs about 2,000 people in Europe and the USA.
As it was announced, the ceremony occasioned by the commencement of construction of this technology park in Stara Pazova will be attended by the highest republic and provincial officials.
