Port of Prahovo to be expanded – Tender worth around RSD 4.2 billion without VAT opened

The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of Serbia has opened the public procurement procedure for the expansion of the capacities of the Port of Prahovo, and the estimated value of the job is around RSD 4.2 billion without the VAT.

As specified in the documentation, this pertains to the reconstruction and extension of the existing facilities and the construction of new port capacities of the Port of Prahovo, and the job will be done in phases.

The approval planning, in concrete terms, encompasses the works which concern the forming of a new port territory by establishing a wintertime embankment and the downstream stretch on the right-hand Danube riverbank with a special connection for the needs of “the green terminal”, with the accompanying infrastructure and traffic routes.

Bids may be submitted by December 2.
