As stated in the tendering documentation, all buses must be of the same brand and type, and the model offered by the bidder must be produced serially.
– Bidders must offer completely new buses. The term “new bus” means an unused bus manufactured in 2025, with an entirely new structure and completely new generators, assemblies, subassemblies, parts and other built-in items. The vehicle must not have traveled more than 2,000 km at the time of the handover – the documentation states.
The vehicles are required to be at least 18,000 mm long, 2,550 mm wide at the most, to have four doors, a minimum of 40 seats and a minimum capacity of 140 passengers. The tender requires that wheelchair platforms be installed at the second and third doors, that the vehicles have air conditioning with automatic regulation, passenger information devices, a remote vehicle tracking system, WiFi equipment...
As can be seen, the tender also includes the procurement of diagnostic devices and equipment, as well as the training of the procuring entity’s (GSP) personnel and technical support during the warranty period.
As for the delivery schedule, the tender requests that the first lot of 30 vehicles be delivered 270 days from the date of the signing of the contract, the second lot of 30 vehicles no later than 290 days from the date of the signing, the third lot of 30 vehicles 310 days from the date of the signing of the contract, and the last lot of 40 vehicles 330 days from the date of the signing of the contract.
Bids may be submitted by March 25.

Let us remind that, a few days ago, it was announced on the website of the city of Belgrade that GSP would soon announce a tender for the purchase of 300 gas-powered buses. Let us also remind that, last year, in mid-May, GSP Belgrade announced a tender for the purchase of 100 articulated gas-powered buses, for which only one bid was received - from the company BMC from Turkey. However, both last year’s and this year’s procurement of new vehicles for GSP remains in the shadow of the withdrawal of numerous bus lines from the largest city transporter for decades and their transfer, within the framework of public-private partnerships, to private transporters.
