Tehnomanija acquires Macline Sarajevo

Tehnomanija has acquired Macline Sarajevo, an authorized Apple devices distributor and repairer, Indikator.ba has learned.

The previous owners, Maglen Stipcevic and Ognjen Cahun, who had a 50% share each, have sold the company which has existed since 1996. The agreement on the transfer of the shares was made at the end of last year.

Tehnomanija is one of the leaders in the market of Serbia in the field of retail of electric and electronic home devices. As Indikator.ba writes, Tehnomanija registered a subsidiary in Bosnia and Herzegovina in mid-2024, and its director is Milos Ristic.

This acquisition, as emphasized, is a step forward in the strategy of the expansion of the business and strengthening of the market presence, as well as the improvement of the business portfolio.


Tehnomanija has existed for 25 years. According to their website, they have over 70 retail stores, more than 800 employees, and they offer more than 20,000 various articles. They have been doing online sales since 2002.
