The Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic (GOC) Narodni Front, which is currently located at 62 Kraljice Natalije Street in Belgrade, will be moved to a new location, where a whole new facility will be built, with two basement levels and five floors (including the ground floor). To clarify, on the website of the City of Belgrade, the urban project has been published, which is available for public review until April 9, where it is said that the new maternity ward will be located in Zemun, right next to the Clinical and Hospital Center Bezanijska Kosa.

Let us remind that, at the end of January this year, the Government of Serbia adopted another decision on the expropriation of land in this exact location, after the one from August 2023.

According to the documentation, the preliminary design of the new GAC Narodni Front was prepared based on the project task defined by a foreign consultant/technologist, in cooperation with the end user.

– Based on all the existing parameters in the sense of the number of patients, childbirths, operations, interventions, medical checks and so on, that is, the expected/planned development in line with the long-standing tendencies and projections, the capacities of the clinic and all the necessary features have been defined – it is added.

Due to a large number of technological features/units, that is, services and wards, the facility is extended to the maximum, so that all the features would be grouped alongside the longitudinal hall space on the facility’s ground floor.

The investor is the Ministry of Public Investment, and the designer is Masinoprojekt kopring a.d. Beograd.
