The Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) warns companies and other legal persons about the misleading requests to pay a "one-time fee" for "automatic entry" in their "registers" and "business databases".

– The Serbian Business Registers Agency has been informed that certain companies are contacting newly incorporated business entities and other legal entities to pay a "one-time fee" for "automatic entry" in their "registers" and "business databases". Additionally, they are submitting payment slips with a printed payment amount, which has misled certain legal entities into believing that the indicated amount refers to fees for services provided by the Agency – the announcement says.

The Agency emphasizes that the offers in question are not related to the tasks entrusted to the Agency and warns business entities and other legal entities that if they receive such correspondence containing, among other things, a payment slip, they should pay attention to the fact that the recipient of the payment, in the transfer order, is not the Agency, but another legal entity.
