Reconstruction of the King's winery in Topola to continue - New exhibition spaces and multimedia contents

King`s winery (Kraljeva vinarija) in Topola, one of the oldest wineries in Serbia and an endowment of the Karađorđević dynasty, will soon enter the second phase of reconstruction. This project will include the completion of all construction works on the building, as well as complete interior design, including exhibition space, multimedia facilities and a restaurant.

The works will be carried out on the basis of the contract that the Regional Agency for Economic Development of Šumadija and Pomoravlje from Kragujevac entrusted to a group of bidders. The work will be performed by the companies Arhikom from Novi Sad, Milinković Company from Belgrade, Granit-Inženjering from Leskovac, Lever Inženjering from Belgrade, DHC Inženjering from Belgrade, as well as Design and Engineering Studio ArhiTriem.

The value of the contract is 37.3 million dinars including VAT.

This procurement is financed from the EU funds, the project KREST - Cultural revival for richer tourism in Šumadija: Creation of an integrated and innovative regional tourist offer, which is implemented within the framework of the European Union Program for local development, EU Pro Plus.

The project for the reconstruction of building 1 of the Royal Winery - Royal Cellar complex was developed by the Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute of Novi Sad.
