Mining company Zijin Mining new owner of Hotel Falkensteiner in Belgrade

The company Serbia Zijin Mining doo Bor has become the sole owner of the company Drustvo za projektovanje i gradnju Alba Invest doo Beograd, which owns the famous Hotel Falkensteiner in Belgrade, eKapija learns.

Serbia Zijin Mining has taken over from the former owner, the Dutch company MF Development B.V., headquartered in Rotterdam, 100% of the ownership over the company Alba Invest doo, and the change has been officially registered at the Serbian Business Registers Agency as well.

The details of the transaction are not known for now.

The Hotel Falkensteiner opened in Belgrade in 2012. It has 4 superior stars, and it was designed by the world-famous architect Boris Podreka.
