The Secretariat for Environmental Protection of the City of Belgrade plans to install 150,000 filters to reduce the emission of suspended particles into the air from individual households. These filters are supposed to reduce the emission of suspended PM10 particles (particles smaller than 10 micrometers) into the air by at least 40%.

As can be seen from the documentation, in the first phase, 80,000 filters will be installed by April 30, 2026, at the latest, and in the second phase, the remaining 70,000 filters, by April 30, 2027, at the latest.

The estimated value of the public procurement procedure for the preparation of the study is RSD 14.6 million, and the deadline for the submission of bids is May 23, 2025.
