Flash: Plan is to Strengthen the Capacity in Aviation Services and expansion of the franchisor network in SE Europe

- The beginning was very challenging. It`s almost never easy to start a business from scratch, so to say. Facing a series of challenges from all business sides in the first year and by finding quality answers in the field of financing and investing in the market with high quality service, as expected from Flash, and in hiring people with adequate skills and capacity, we have created a healthy foundation for growth - says Nebojša Mandić, Master Franchiser of Flash for the South East Europe region. - We managed to achieve that in 2024. Already in the second half of last year, there was no company on the Serbian market, potential user of our services who was either not already our client or was familiar with our services. All together, step by step, led us to the continuation of active business growth in this year as well. But, what has been done so far does not lull us to sleep in the belief that we have done all we could. On the contrary, we`ve only just started.

After raising the quality of recognizable, fast van services which represent the backbone of the business and a kind of Flash logistics emergency assistance, the company has plans for this year to strengthen its capacities in air services (urgent air shipments, On-Board-Couriers and charters)

as well as expanding the franchisor network, both in Serbia and in South-Eastern Europe. This represents a good opportunity for businessmen in the region, primarily Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, but also Serbia (Vojvodina, southeast and southwest Serbia). With our strong support, they can start their own business and in a short time become the leaders of Premium Freight in their respective markets. Thus, they get the opportunity to become owners of a profitable business in a short period of time. Candidates with logistics experience (not required, but would be an advantage) and leadership skills, are more than welcome.
