French company plans construction of health and rehabilitation center on Kopaonik – Complex of 10 facilities with spa centers, pools and sports courts

At the tourism complex Jaram, within the municipality of Brus and the borders of the III-degree protection of the Kopaonik National Park, the plan is to build a health and rehabilitation center. The Urban Project is in the public presentation phase and the commissioning party is France construction et developpement (FCD) d.o.o. Beograd, whereas the project was prepared by the Institute for Architecture and Urban Planning of Serbia. The author of the preliminary design is the studio Intellinea d.o.o.

The complex will encompass 10 facilities with various features from the field of preventive medicine and rehabilitation - including spa centers, pools, wellness, physical therapy and health control, indoor sports courts, as well as accommodation capacities with a total of 389 beds.

Side services and technical features will be secured as well, along with underground garages in all three units within the two building parcels.

The total gross developed floor area of the complex is 26,621.80 m2, of which 3,441.48 m2 is meant for commercial features.

The number of floors allowed is three (including the ground floor), whereas certain facilities, in line with the configuration of the terrain, will have semi-dug in or semi-basement levels.

The facilities of the health and rehabilitation center Jaram will feature a modern look, with the use of natural materials - stone and wood, in order to achieve maximum harmonization with the natural environment and maintain harmony with the landscape of the Kopaonik National Park.

The majority owners of France construction et developpement are two French female nationals.
