Croatia Airlines to launch Belgrade-Split flights on June 1st

The Croatian flag carrier Croatia Airlines will start flying between Belgrade and Split on June 1st and, thus, resume flights between these two cities after more than 20 years.
According to the data from the seasonal timetable of Belgrade-based Nikola Tesla airport(www.beg.aero), these flights will be operated twice a week, every Monday and Friday, in the period from June 1st to September 28th.
The planned arrival time at Nikola Tesla airport is 2.05 PM, while the departure for Split will be at 2.40 PM.
According to the information on the website of Croatia Airlines (www.croatiaairlines.com), the price of a return ticket, without a discount, starts at about EUR 125 and depends on the date of travel.
The Belgrade airport announced earlier that a 76-seat Bombardier Q400 turboprop aircraft would be used to operate Belgrade-Split seasonal flights.
Two regular weekly flights between Belgrade and Split will also be operated by the Serbian flag carrier Jat Airways from July 2nd.
The Serbian airline will this season fly from Belgrade to another two cities at the Croatian seaside - Pula and Dubrovnik, in addition to Split.
