'Gazprom' is satisfied with the dividend's amount for NIS shares, as stated previous week, in St. Petersburg by Vladimir Jakovljev, the President of the Board of Directors in NIS and the CEO first deputy in the Russian Gazprom Neft.
Gazprom Neft is the majority owner of the energy company from Serbia. The Government of Serbia, which has 29,9% in NIS ownership, made a request on April, 7th, to distribute in the form of dividends, most of the profit with previous extent of payment of 25%, it was announced by 'Sinteza Invest Group'.
-Maintaining the dividend to 25% of NIS profit is logical and in a way justified as long as NIS is in serious development, in the process of investing and researching in the field of refinement and resources base, said Milos Bijanic, Sinteza's analyst.

The increase of dividend would make sense after stabilization of the position in the Balkan market, he added. Gross dividend should amount to around 74 dinars, which is 63 dinars net. The value of NIS shares increased yesterday at the Belgrade Stock Exchange by 0,42%, to 942 dinars.
