The heart of Vracar gets new flats
It is a smaller street behind the Cubura park. It is located between a few
higher buildings, only a few minutes of walk to the Slavija Square and the
Temple of St. Sava, the facility will have five floors, i.e. four regular and
one separate floors.
The building will have six three-room flats of 140 m2, while the fifth floor will have one flat of some 130 m2. All flats have closed terraces which can open and close depending on the need and the season.
The plan comprises construction of underground garage with eight places and this residential and business facility is completely equipped with infrastructure, the main designer, Jozef Štanglicki told us.
