Deadline for contractors for works in Zemunske Kapije settlement extended – Bid submission until February 20, 2017

The Building Directorate of Serbia has extended the deadline for the contractors for the future settlement of Zemunske Kapije, and interested companies can now submit bids until February 20, 2017 (instead of February 6).

The bids will be opened on the same date, and the deadline for reaching the decision is ten days from the opening of bids, as stated in the tender documentation.

The public invitation encompasses the execution of all preparatory works, preparation of technical documentation for buildings C, D and E and building G, infrastructure and landscaping on the plot and peripheral roads, construction works on buildings C, D and E, construction of prefabricated facility-showroom and building G etc.

The new settlement will be located in the area formerly occupied by the Aleksa Dundic barracks in Zemun – at the intersection of Cara Dusana St, Zaduzbinska St. and Sumadijska St, and a total of 1,700 apartments should be built there.
