Where to invest in the region today? Key recommendations from the RED Conference in Podgorica
The prices of real estate in Belgrade have grown as much as 80% since 2016, whereas in Montenegro, thanks to the development of luxury hotels, certain accommodation prices have jumped up to three times. These data opened the key topics and questions of this year’s RED Conference in Podgorica: where to invest today and in what, when stability and long-term value are more important than ever?
