At the public inspection in the building of the City Administration, the urban project for the development of the first facilities of the commercial zone within the Nikola Tesla Airport complex will be presented. The investor in the project is the national airline company Air Serbia, and three facilities will be located within the planned office-commercial complex – the head office building of Air Serbia, an office facility and a hotel. Phase-based realization of the project is planned, whereby all the facilities in the future complex would be free-standing and functionally independent, with a total gross area of 24,215 m2.

In the first phase, the head office building of Air Serbia would be built, as an office building in the northwest part of the parcel, with 6 floors (including the ground floor and the loft) and a total area of 7,985 m2.

The realization of the second phase would partially coincide with the first one, and it entails the construction of a hotel with 6 floors (including the ground floor), positioned in the east part of the parcel and with a total area of 8,234 m2. The construction of the hotel should be completed in the first quarter of 2027.

As the final, third, phase, the construction of another office facility is planned, with the same floor area and dimensions as the office building of Air Serbia, with 6 floors (including the ground floor and the loft), positioned in the central part of the parcel. The completion of this facility is planned for 2030.
