Record 8.4 million passengers at Belgrade Airport in 2024

In 2024, the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport hosted close to 8.4 million passengers, that is, 5.3% more than in 2023 and 36% more than in 2019, announced the company Belgrade Airport, a member of the VINCI Airports network, which manages the Belgrade Airport.

During 2024, more than 86,000 flights were recorded, that is, 3.4% more than in 2023 and 22% more than in 2019, the press release says.

It is also pointed out that more than 318 million passengers traveled in the VINCI Airports network in 2024, 3.7% more than in 2019 and 8.5% more than in 2023.

– The Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport remains one of the most dynamic airports in Europe, with a traffic growth of close to 50% relative to 2018 – the press release says.

Direct flights from Belgrade, as reminded, are available to five destinations in intercontinental traffic, and during this season, as announced, flights to new destinations are planned as well.
