As said, the law was withdrawn in accordance with the articles 76, 82 and 92 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure. It has not been specified whether it will be discussed at one of the next sessions.
Let us remind that these law amendments envisage, among other things, that facilities within the Spatial Plan, as well as facilities that are not included in the Spatial Plan and are in the function of the implementation of the EXPO BELGRADE 2027 project, can be put into operation for “temporary use,” and it is also stipulated that a decision on a construction permit can be issued without approval of the environmental impact assessment study. More details about this can be found in a separate article.
Numerous bills were considered at the session, among others, those pertaining to Serbia’s borrowing for infrastructure projects. Among them are loans for infrastructure projects such as the construction of the Pozarevac-Golubac expressway (Danube Main Road), the modernization of the rail sector, as well as the development of renewable energy sources through projects such as the Kostolac wind farm and the revitalization of the Vlasina hydro power plants of EPS.
Also, bills pertaining to tax changes and subsidies for the purchase of a first piece of real estate were adopted.
