With this sustainable travel, employees receive points in the R&S mobile application which can later be "cashed in" for rewards or discounts in numerous stores, while the company gets help in achieving increasingly current ESG goals (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
Such a gain for employees and the company was designed with intent to encourage ecological choices when commuting, which reduce pollution and congestion during "peak" traffic.
Employees who choose sustainable travel modes have a chance to win discounts for bikes, e-bikes, fitness gear, sustainable cosmetics, healthy food products and other benefits offered by R&S partners.
Companies help employees by introducing R&S applications save time and money, but also build a culture of sustainability and contribute to the community with concrete ecological results.
About R&S
A year and a half ago, Ride & Stride was part of the Attic42 Company Builder Incubator program, where out of 52 startups, it was selected as one of the four best teams. The Incubator Program prepared the Ride & Stride team for future challenges, among other things, helped them to secure financial resources through the Innovation Fund.
Through these means, they developed a mobile app designed for businesses that wish to improve their social and sustainable practices, but also to offer a new benefit for their employees.
Today, Ride & Stride is more than just an app – it`s a movement towards a more sustainable and responsible business environment. Through partnerships with businesses, this startup transforms the everyday habits of employees and it aims to prove that small changes can have a large impact on a community and the planet.
