Donald Trump Junior meets in Belgrade with Serbian business people – IT and tourism in focus

Donald Trump Junior visited Belgrade on Saturday, where he met with business people gathered within the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (CCIS). Marko Cadez, the president of the CCIS, says for Bloomberg Adria that, at the gathering, there were 33 business people and directors of domestic companies which employ more than 35,000 people. They had the opportunity to present their businesses and projects they are working on, the CCIS announced.

Among them were Veselin Jevrosimovic, the owner of Comtrade and the president of the Business Club “Privrednik”, as well as representatives of MK Group, Delta Holding, MikroElektronika – a company active in the US market.

– They had the opportunity to talk with a man who is in the center of global events and knows what is happening in the world markets. It was an opportunity for us to hear some projections and expectations regarding the global economy. What was especially interesting was that Trump Junior was truly interested in hearing from each company individually about what they did and which projects they were engaged in. We talked about tourism, development and other industries. It was interesting to him to hear about what’s happening here. The idea behind the gathering was to present domestic companies – explains Cadez.

According to him, US companies are very interested in the IT sector, and on this occasion, projects in the field of real estate and tourism were also presented to Trump Junior.
