Triglav osiguranje to build eight-story office building in New Belgrade (PHOTO)

The existing office building with a basement and five floors (including the ground floor and the loft) in Block 41 in new Belgrade is planned for reconstruction and extension, as can be seen from the Urban Project, for which the Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction Affairs has advertised a public presentation. The plan is for that location, after the works, to feature an office building with two basement levels and nine floors (including the ground floor and the loft) and a total gross area of 25,973.64 m2.

The investors in this project are the companies Ahciona doo and Triglav osiguaranje ado, whereas the studios ArhiM and Vetsal from Belgrade have been hired for architectural and design solutions.

The plan is for the aboveground part of the facility to have a gross floor area of 17,715.68 m2 (net area of 16,535.20 m2), whereas the underground part will encompass a gross area of 8,257.96 m2 (net area of 7,784.00 m2).

Within the facility, 29 separate parts will be formed, meant for office spaces of various sizes, with accompanying technical rooms and sanitary blocks.

The building will have two underground garage levels with a total of 220 parking spaces, connected by an internal platform with two driving lanes.

On the fourth upper floor and the loft, walkable balconies are planned, whereas the roof of the second upper floor, which covers the lobby, will be developed as an unwalkable green roof, in accordance with the modern standards of sustainable construction.

The public presentation lasts until June 3.
